Adjustable Hand Grip

The adjustable hand grip is used to increase grip strength including hand and forearm muscles.

This hand grip uses a spring to change the resistance depending on the level of resistance needed. This can be more convenient than other hand grips that have only one set resistance that cannot be changed. This type of hand grip has soft pads on the handles which makes it more comfortable and allows for more protection of the hand skin.
